I apologize for not writing sooner but time just seems to get away from me. Consumers are quick to respond when they get inferior service or products so I always try to make sure I applaud the good things too! And you and the entire staff at Madison Stone are amazing!!!!! We love our new fireplace surround. Out of the entire remodel it's my favorite thing! Robert and Scott did a fantastic job of installing it. I can't say enough about the designer. The surround speaks for itself and it's gorgeous! And a special thank you to you for working on that Saturday that we just happened to walk in and you just happened to be at the counter and offered your services. We couldn't have had a more pleasant experience all the way around! I know Robert and/or Scott took some pictures so I hope they shared them with you. I want to thank you for going to the quarry and personally picking out the slabs of granite for my kitchen counter tops! Scott took the measurements at the house, and when he and Eddy came to install the counter tops, they fit perfectly! Scott and Eddy were very professional in their work, and took extra care to make sure there was no cleaning up after them on my part. They were very efficient and the work was done much quicker than I expected. And their finishing touch was to buff the granite to a beautiful shine! I am very pleased with the whole experience. You and your men are top notch!
